On Friday, I got to speak in Richard Feynman's classroom (!) at Caltech.
I didn't get to stand on the desk, but the thought crossed my mind. 😉
After the panel, several young founders came up to ask for advice. More have reached out since, making a very meaningful experience even better.
Getting to share some of the lessons from 12+ years building AI companies with founders starting their own journeys is deeply rewarding.
And getting to do it from Feynman's desk?!
Thank you to Chuck Ng and SAIR for bringing us together for the Science X AI Summit to talk about the LA Ecosystem & Innovation.
I want the world to know what we know already, which is that even though the future of work is being invented in SF, the future of life is coming out of LA. I'm proud a piece of that is Purpose and the work I'm doing with Mark Manson.
Very excited to continue this work supporting SAIR's AI Innovation Center at UCLA, and the next generation of founders building here.
Chuck Ng, Amir Naiberg, Gaurav Sukhatme, Guang Cheng, and Fred Farina it was awesome to do this panel with you.
